Enotional Intelligence (by Marcus Freudenman)

How to have "Emotional Intelligence" like Buddha

WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE LIKE BUDDHA?

This post will take you there and will show you in a very simple manner how to understand the middle path without any problems.

Usually it just takes a couple of weeks to adjust to this way of thinking and then you are right on target. It's just as Buddha said. If you string the bow too hard it will snap. If you keep it too loose it will not give good tunes. It just needs to be perfect (middle path) and I will show you how to tune your string of life perfectly.

Follow the little instructions on this page or go to www.mindwatch.com.au and sign up for a free workshop which gives you all you need to succeed.

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT AS IT IS!

Everything in this universe is always at any moment in balance. It just is. There is no imbalance possible. The mountain can only be as high as the valley is low. And both extremes belong together. Swami Vivekanada said : The universe is like a flat ocean. If you create a wave somewhere you need to take the water away somewhere else. Every drawback will always have a benefit, every question will always have an answer, every problem a solution. .......

Everything comes by nature with the opposite in the same box.

MINDWATCH WAVE

If you look at a planks dimension. It is described as a wave length with 2 amplitudes (positive and negative) arising from the centreline in equal amplitude. Anything in this universe is built out of multiple quantums/planks dimensions. We are all energy and energy is a frequency which is not only positive waves (half waves) Any wave is always equal positive and negative. The only difference is the intensity of amplitude.

This means any attempt to be only good will always fail as long as you are in motion. Emotional reactions are always a judgement for or against something.

(read the following paragraph a couple of times until you get it)

We are all and in any moment nice and mean kind and cruel if we are emotional and engage with or against something.

We leave the middle path and engage with one side. If you take party, you are in favour of one side, and reject the other side. This means those on the other side describe us as mean. And those on your side describe us as nice.

This is the seed which leads to war.

Following are a few videos which will give you ample food for thought and a lot of advice on how to transform your life.

PLATO HAD A LOT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Plato was known to be a genius in talking people into an idea and convincing them his viewpoint was true. Then, when everyone was converted to his way of thinking and ready to approve the idea he would oppose the idea and make them believe that it was wrong. His words were so convincing that he would get the whole team sign against the original approved idea. His game was to reveal how we believe something to be true even though it is something we have only heard based on someone's opinion.

Bob Proctor describes this in his SGR program with: Everything just is and only we give those things a value. Everything is exactly equal in positive attributes and in negative attributes if we take the time to carefully observe we can find the benefit in any problem. The solution to any difficulty is there is you care to look at it.

In Nature there is no judgment. Everything just is and can be loved and accepted for what it truly is. Isn't that what we actually want for ourselves? To be loved for who we are without the judgment of being good or bad.

SO HERE IS THE FIRST TASK

Search something which you think is extremely beautiful and special to have. Then find and list the drawbacks. They are there. You just need to look. Keep listing them until you see it not as necessary any more to have it. Play this game with your family and friends and try to to bring it to the point (like Plato) where you rather not have it.

NOW LET'S LOOK AT THE POINT OF ATTRACTION.

Whatever you have not loved will come into your life until you do. What you resist persists. What you do not love in others is what you do not love in yourself.

If you look at the law of attraction. What you think about is what you bring about.

Well if you think of something you do not like and reject, you create more of it.

But there is an even bigger problem than creating more of what you do not want. You get off track if you are emotional. You leave the path towards your goals. and if you keep doing that you get lost in a war of emotions.

Any judgement where you think something is bad means you try to stay away or not to get involved or not to engage. Something you think has more benefits than drawbacks will attract you. And so you climb the mountain or descend into the valley. Whichever path is more in line with your nature. If you are a warrior you will climb. If you are a peace lover you will descend . But you leave the middle path.

In this way the world has you in its grip. You react. You are a playball of emotions. You are at the mercy of the world.

Buddha was described to sit under the Bodhi Tree and regard the fires and spears and waves and attacks as pure illusion of the mind before he reached enlightenment.

SO HERE IS THE SECOND TASK

Search something which you think is extremely horrible and bad to have. Then find and list the benefits. They are there. You just need to look. Keep listing them until you see it as necessary to have it. Play this game with your family and friends and try to to bring it to the point (like Plato) where you really want to have it.

Have fun and let me know how you go.

STOP LOOK AND LISTEN Let go of the story in your mind and return to the only place of power. THIS PRESENT MOMENT.

Marcus.
