Alchemy: The Transformative Power of Love (by Kahu Fred Sterling)

KIRAEL: In the last few sessions, I have focused on love in the context of ascension, prana, pineal and photon, and now alchemy. It may seem repetitious, but I want to emphasize just how important the healing power of love is and how love can be woven into every aspect of your life. It’s the one source of energy that will get you through the Shift.

See and Hold the Gold

So today we concentrate on alchemy, which the populace has always thought of as the transformation of a base metal into gold. The alchemy I’m talking about today is spiritual and involves the transformative power of love, the alchemy that occurs in your four-bodied system every time love is introduced into the mix. In the alchemical process, fear is pulled out of the love so that you’re left with the purity of love. You ask, “Master Kirael, how can love have fear in it?” Well, the third dimension is all about duality, which means that love must have an opposite. Here, love is woven with fear, because you believe you can’t know love unless you know fear. It is this fear that makes third-dimensional love conditional. Alchemized love is pure and unconditional, a love without fear.

To perform alchemy, you will have to place a magical series of energies, namely, your cellular consciousness of fear, into your mind. In other words, you will have to recall all your fears by bringing them up to the surface of your mind, and then pulling them out of your love. Practice pulling out the fear. Close your eyes and bring all the fears you’ve ever had to the surface of your mind. Then ask the God Creator to open the path for you to release the fears and enter into the state of love. See the golden energy that everybody has inside glowing in front of your eyes. Normally you see black when you close your eyes, but you will see the gold, because you’re allowing the fear to go away and love to enter into you. You are completing a journey of fear and starting a journey of love.

You cannot begin a new journey without ending an old one. See and hold the gold, my friends. When you can see and hold the gold, you have come to the close of your fear, so to speak. That little magical moment of time and space when no fear is present creates, for just a split second, a new opening for you to feel the purity of love. You can do this any time you want.

Now, in order to go deeply into this process, you must understand your part in this journey of alchemy. Your part involves feeling the love that alchemy makes available to you. To feel the love throughout your four bodies, activate your God cell, your Signature cell. You will feel the love rise and come out of your chest and surround you. You will be able to distinguish this momentary feeling of love from the fear you usually feel. If you feel spirit energies in front of you when you feel this love, you needn’t be concerned. Those spirits may come in any shape or form and they will permit your journey to go forward without interference, because they are love energies and they have to go through God Creator to get to you, and only love can go through the God Creator.

Open Up to Your Magi Powers

I am not here to teach you alchemy, because you are already alchemists. I am here to get you to remember alchemy. If you were to trace your energetic roots back to Lemuria, you would see your alchemical history, so to speak. You would see that in that lifetime, your cellular consciousness was free of fear. It was pure love. When you do this alchemy process in the Now, don’t be concerned about your body. You will be working with your cellular consciousness. You can use this process of pulling out the fear in Signature Cell Healing, because alchemy is woven into the Signature Cell Healing process. Pure healing takes place in Signature Cell Healing because of the infusion of love into the process. Signature Cell Healing will not work in fullness without the love that cleanses your cellular consciousness. So, if you want to heal using Signature Cell Healing or most any other modality (except allopathic medicine, which is a different journey, not bad, not good, just what it is), do it in love. It will be a profound and permanent healing, because you will stream love in after pulling out the fear.

If you don’t succeed in your first session, don’t feel badly, because if you do, you’ll go back to fear. Do your best to pull the fear out. When you do, you can open up another journey into that little space of magic, not sleight of hand magic, but what I call the “magi” powers that lie within the glow of the golden energy. The magi powers are available to you. Jesus embodied the magi powers. That’s how he was able to heal others as quickly and completely as he did. He filled his being with that energy, drew the same energy from the crowd around him, and put it all into the person receiving a healing.

It takes very little time to do this process, maybe five or six seconds, and you can do it at any time, anywhere. After a while, it will be automatic. The love you feel will last less than the time it took to shut off your fear, but each time you do the process, the love will last a little longer. It may be marginal in the beginning, but at some point, you’ll feel a love so pure that you will be traumatized when you have to leave it to return to the third dimension.

The Love of the Magi

Q: What is the difference between magi and magic?

KIRAEL: Magic is illusion and sleight of hand. It produces fear in people. The energy of the magi can be called supernatural. It gives you goose bumps when you experience it. Here’s the rub: magic is the fear portion of the magi energy; yet, the magi energy stems from the purity of love. This may be confusing for you to understand, but in this dimension, magic is present in the magi energy, otherwise the magi energy wouldn’t work. That’s the duality of this third dimension. In order to have magi energy, you must have magic. So the magic is the sleight of hand, the tricksters, etc. The magi is the love of the magic. I’ve given you two defined words with defined meanings that don’t make sense to anybody except perhaps my own energies. However, the more I talk about this, the more enlightened you’ll become. When you take the magic out of the magi energy, you feel love and your powers become supernatural, if you will, and you won’t need magic; you won’t need tricks.

You can find the magi energy in anything. Take surfing, for example. The magi of surfing comes in the elation one feels when pushing through the fear of a monstrous wave and becoming part of it. At that moment of oneness, the magi takes over.

The magi energy is present in the death process. When you are about to leave this life, you see the magi energy and you love it and go willingly into the light. If you’re driving along at 600 miles an hour and you hit a wall, you know you will die, but you will also see the magi energy before you hit that wall. You’ll be out of this human journey and you’ll watch your death happen, because you will leave your body about 40 seconds before you hit that wall. You never, ever experience a violent death, because the magi energy, that supernatural energy, takes over before death. The magi energy, as I know it, stems from a love that many humans call divine. It is indeed divine.

Q: Where is the magi?

KIRAEL: The magi energy is in your cellular consciousness. You can never reach outside to find the magi energy. When you go from one place to another, you end one journey and begin a new one. That’s how the magi energy encourages you to find love. First, you must go to the place of pulling out the fear. That’s one journey. Then, when that is done, you must begin a new journey to find the purity of love. In other words, the magi adventure is not love when you first touch into it. You must first pull out the fear. When the magi energy goes into the purity of love, you will feel the difference and you will know and feel what you’ve really come here to experience.

Fear is the most predominant part of this third-dimensional journey because it’s the easiest for you to get into. It’s the foundation of duality. You’ll rock and roll through this duality journey, but your pure love, the magi part of this journey, is not that easy to find in this dimension. Work at it. Practice tapping into the magi energy whenever you can.

Bring Out the Alchemist in You

Q: Can alchemy be used to perform long-distance group healings to help people around the world access this love energy?

KIRAEL: I guarantee it. You can’t measure that little space of love, but you can expand it every time you use this process. Close your eyes and follow the process I described in my opening statement and feel yourself burst out of this journey, go around the world, and return. That’s all you have to do. If you get only a quarter of an inch out of your body, that’s perfect. Learn how to shut off your fears, enter the space of love, and stay there as long as you can. You can heal the world like this, but don’t expect results overnight. More than likely, you can reach one person or perhaps one town at a time. On the other hand, if every lightworker did this exercise, the world could change exponentially. The more often you touch someone else with that pure love energy, the more likely he will be to access that energy in himself. This exercise also works to get you into the fourth light.

Q: How do we use alchemy to move from fear to love in light of the proliferation of fear concerning the swine flue vaccine?

KIRAEL: First, you must know that this swine flu is a human-made journey. It wasn’t developed by accident. It was developed in a laboratory to do exactly what you described—create fear. You can alchemize this journey by going inside yourself and tapping into your love the way I just showed you. You will not only pull out the fear from your love, but you will neutralize the effect of the flu and the H1N1 vaccine. If you want to get the vaccine, do so; it won’t hurt you. If your blueprint says you are to die from the swine flu, it won’t matter whether or not you get the vaccine. The opposite is also true. If you are not meant to die from swine flu, you won’t, regardless of whether or not you get the vaccine.

Those who created this flu will come up with another type next year. A new type of flu that can engender fear will always be available. It is up to you to be aware that you can control your body’s response to the flu and any vaccine related to it. If you go into that little magi place and do what I told you to do, you will know what is best for you.

Q: What part does the non-polarity attribute of love play in performing alchemy and how do I bring out the alchemist that I am on a quantum level?

KIRAEL: As I have already stated, alchemy is the process by which you can reach into the non-polarity attribute of love, or pure love. The attainment of pure love is the goal of alchemy. Practice what I’ve given you in the meditation and you will bring out the alchemist in you. In this dimension, you believe that the opposite of love is hate or fear. If you go deeper into this process, you’ll understand that love is actually the absence of fear, not the opposite of it. You must learn to take the fear out of your journey. Pull it out and submerge it into love. The fear will not grow, and the love will envelope the fear. Do this with your mind. When you open up the local brain, where your mind resides, tentacles of energy emerge and weave with the omni brain, which is outside your journey. It’s a profound journey, requiring all of your concentrative powers.

Alchemy has no room for fear. You’re a particle of the God Creator, and when you open your brain and touch into that omni presence, you are touching into a part of you that is the love of all light. This process is pure and precious. You can do this, if you want to. The alchemy journey is the Mecca of love. When you get free of this fear that you’ve been learning since birth (spankings, yelling, screaming by parents, etc., in schools, in religious institutions, from teachers, on your job, etc.), you will touch into your child self, the one that is free of this fear, the one you were before birth. Do this regularly and you will pull the fear out of this third-dimensional experience of love. Your omni brain is absolutely fearless. When you weave your local and omni brains together, you create a purity that will be woven into your entire journey. Each time you do this, you will be above where you started here on Earth.

You Can Heal Anything if You Have the Courage

Q: As a healer, can I use alchemy to assist in healing mental illnesses, such as addiction?

KIRAEL: After you learn what addiction or mental disability the healee has, you must enter that space of loving the fear. Each of the four bodies—the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—has seven layers, and any issue within the bodies has seven layers. It’s an exponential journey. That means that seven levels of a concentrated form of the addiction or mental illness exist within each of the four bodies of the person with an addiction. All humans have the lightest form of the seventh layer of addiction or mental illness. For those who have the concentrated form of addiction that invades all four bodies, the addiction becomes a journey in and of itself, a mental illness, if you will. When I say mental illness, I’m not talking about “craziness.” I’m talking about a lack of awareness. That means that when someone with an addiction comes for healing, the journey as healer is all about awareness. When performing a healing, it is sometimes good to have a third person in the room to send and concentrate the love energy. So you have the healer, the healee, and the third person, who will give love. How will this person give this love? He must free himself by taking the fear out of his love and then penetrating his love into yours. Let’s suppose that I am the third person, you are the healer, and then there’s the healee. I will pull the fear out of my love, open it up and get into that little space where I can sense the purity of love. When I sense the love, I will send it out to you. You might have to wait a few seconds or minutes before you feel it. I will continue to send more love in increments. After a while, you will feel your etheric hand go down into the healee’s brain, which will tell you about one of the seven levels of this addiction process. This is the power of Signature Cell Healing.

When you feel your love enter the healee, stay with it. You can heal anything with Signature Cell Healing, if you have the courage. You can do this without the third person, if you focus. Put your hand on the healee’s head or some other part of the body, depending on what you’re working on, and bring the fear out of your body, holding your hand steady. Then enter into that little space in the process and drop your love into the person. You’ll watch the healee’s entire body shift as the fear leaves his or her body. If addiction is the illness, you will know what causes it and what you need to do to heal it. It may take several sessions, but if you focus your love and alchemize all four bodies, you will achieve a healing beyond your wildest dreams.

Q: I used Signature Cell Healing on my grandson, whose asthma has improved enough for the doctor to take him off one of his medications and to say that he could use the other only when needed. I believe I used alchemy to heal my grandson. Would you speak about this please?

KIRAEL: Yes, you did have a defined effect on your grandson. You used alchemy and Signature Cell Healing to bring about this healing. At the heart of this process is getting your grandson off the medication to free him to play in the world of love and light. Your healings are one of the reasons that he’s had any results at all. The healings coupled with your prayers have brought him to where he is today. You pulled the fear out and you were left with pure love and that’s what healed him.

Put Your Golden Energy Out in Front of You

Q: How does alchemy weave with the Goddess Light?

KIRAEL: Goddess energy is the Love of the Creator. The Goddesses here are practicing their Goddess Light, which means they’re doing their best to act, speak and live as that energy. That doesn’t mean that the Goddess Lights have succeeded at it or that they’re any better or worse than anyone else. You all have Goddess energy, but those who are practicing with that energy will be ahead of the crowd. Connect with your Goddess energy by getting your gold energy out in front of you. All of the particles within you will be encased in the golden light when you get to the fourth dimension. Right now, however, you must practice encasing them in that golden light. The fourth strand of your DNA is gold. If you could cut your hand open and check your DNA, you’d see the colors of all four strands of the DNA, but the golden fourth strand is all inclusive, meaning that it contains all the other colors. When you meditate effectively, you feel this whole process. You will know you’re healing.

When Jesus walked into a crowd and put his hand on someone, he drew love from every person who was willing and put that love into the healee, who was then healed. He had the fourth strand of a sixth-dimensional being to guide the energy through the process. Jesus was able to put the gold energy of God Creator incarnate into the healee, instantaneously pulling away the fear, causing a healing.

Q: My biological family is depressed and anxious and I choose not to participate in their dramas. How do I avoid making them feel as if they’re being rejected?

KIRAEL: If they feel rejected by your comings and goings, then you’re not doing your total journey. When you can speak to your biological family without any “airy fairy” talk, and they say, “That made sense for a second,” even if they change the subject, that moment that you made sense represented your true journey. You must infuse love into your journey. So pull the fear out of your love and then say what you have to say. If you’re doing it right, they won’t feel rejected. You’ll go into that love portion of your body presence, your cellular consciousness, and you’ll pull the fear back and speak from that open space. You’ll be surprised at what you’ll say, because you’ll be speaking another language, the language of love, and they’ll hear what you’re saying for the first time. They will be caught in your love and that’s the whole journey. You’ll see it, feel it and know it. Each time you do this, you’ll pull more fear out and you’ll put even more love in and your communication will be life-altering.

Be True to Your Journey

Q: How do we use alchemy to help us understand and work with those experiencing dementia and Alzheimer’s and how do we help ourselves as we’re working with them?

KIRAEL: Alzheimer’s is a progressive, degenerative, alternative journey of love. It can be curbed by not focusing on it. When someone experiences profound memory loss, the type where the individual cannot recall his name, his address, etc., he is labeled as having Alzheimer’s and everyone reacts as if it’s a terrible thing. If you wanted to heal this person, you wouldn’t go into despair. You would say, “Wait a minute. I don’t buy what you’re saying. I can’t even see the Alzheimer’s.” So what if the person does things others refer to as strange? If you enter this journey and make a commitment to your friend or relative to make him feel good about himself every day, speaking to him in love, changing the subject from what he can’t remember to something lighter, regardless of the stage of his disease, you can bring him back. You must pull the fear out of your love and bring the individual’s attention to the beauty in life. The person with Alzheimer’s is trying to find out what he forgot. You can teach him what he forgot. Don’t ever tell him he has Alzheimer’s and is losing his mind. You’ll be feeding your ego and destroying his. Just remind him what a beautiful day it is—change the subject. This is just to start. I could spend a good hour with you just on this subject. You can do Signature Cell Healing to get into the individual’s brain and move stem cells to reverse the Alzheimer’s, but that’s another story. The alchemy portion of the healing is about loving the person as I just described.

Q: How much of the Ten Principles of Consciously Creating is an alchemy journey?

KIRAEL: Alchemy came out of Lemuria, just as the Principles did. The Ten Principles are woven into alchemy, and alchemy is woven into the Principles. To be effective with alchemy, you must be fully acquainted with and practicing the Ten Principles of Consciously Creating. They are part and parcel of each other, inseparable.

Closing Statement

Alchemy is about love. I’ve spent more time talking about love than I’ve ever done before. I cannot express enough how important love is to this journey, and I’m not talking about third-dimensional romantic love. I’m talking about the love that has no opposite. Pull out your fears and go into that little space called the magi energy and come out through love. It never, ever fails. When anger rises in your energy, don’t rush into it. Stop and try it my way. Try love.

Tonal Frequencies for Healing: Solfeggio Frequencies.

"Solfeggio, when used by musicians, means the ability to sight read music and sing the notes accurately (pitch wise) without the use of a musical instrument. For the purpose of this article, Solfeggio refers more to the notes of the diatonic music scale, known by everyone as "Do, Re, Mi,. etc.

I have been a musician most of my life, and math has been one of my favorite subjects since primary school days. As a 26 year old man, the Navy taught me that there is more to electricity and electronics than the "on-off" switch. When I read Dr. Len Horowitz & Dr. Joseph Puleo's "Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse" which introduced the Solfeggio Frequencies, I was hooked.

Just recently, I encountered the extended Solfeggio Frequencies (I'm not certain whether it was a joint Horowitz & Puleo effort, or individual effort) and the suggested health possibilities are astounding. Gradually, other possibilities developed in my mind (and maybe others have done the same). I try not to plagiarize others, yet I seem to get inspirational ideas beyond the work of others whom I've encounter. Do realize that all the presentations I make here are the work of Horowitz & Puleo and others. All that I am currently attempting to do is to extend the application of the Solfeggio Frequencies.

TPTB give me a difficult time via the internet; thusly these pages will be sent to you as #1 of 6, #2 of 6, etc. I seem to have less failed deliveries this way. The Solfeggio "wheels" of necessity cannot be sent as a text file. They were developed in MS Word. Sometimes Word-documents deliver without a problem, other times they are garbled. Kindly give me some feed-back as to success or failure of delivery. Do realize that the "wheels" are not of my generation, I merely re-invented the wheel in MS Word so that my archival system is consistent.

Part 1 is this cover letter; part 2 is the background as I understand and collected information about; part 3 is the dowsing verification of ideas I had about the Frequencies (in the dowse, the format is: my original text with dowse-answers in braces and hopefully those dowse-answers are in a contrasting color); parts 4 and 5 are the redrawing of the Solfeggio wheel in MS Word; and part 6 is nothing more than the math work of developing the primary harmonics developed. Parts 4 through 6 are as an attachment because it is the only means I have of forwarding the drawings.

I shared preliminary ideas with friends, who in turn suggested that I forward the materials to specific individuals. It has taken a bit of time to put it all together logically. Tim, the dowser does not reflect my opinion about the difficulty of beating TPTB at their game of control. I personally have had close encounters with the enforcers of TPTB and am still "gun shy." My logical mind says that if we are able to apply the Solfeggio Frequencies as my original dowse lead me to, those individuals could be prime targets and live miserable lives should they take the results into high profile. The reason I try to get wide publication for even preliminary information is the relative safety of many minds and individuals working on similar (if not identical) solutions; TPTB have no clues as to whom picked up on the ideas presented when published, thusly nothing to work with as counter-actions until the end results surface.

In Healing Codes for the Biological apocalypse Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz and Dr. Joseph S. Puleo published the Secret Solfeggio Frequencies. Basically it is the "Doe, Rae, Mi, Fa, So, La, Ti, Doe" diatonic scale which we all learn in the first few grades of school.

Over time, the pitch of this diatonic scale has changed and somehow Horowitz and Puleo found the original pitch frequencies.

In the Solfeggio, "Ti" is missing and what we call "Doe" was known as "Ut". Here are the original pitch frequencies of these six notes:

1. Ut = 396Hz which reduces to 9 [reducing numbers: 3+9 = 12 = 1 + 2 = 3 ; 3+ 6 = 9]

2. Re = 417Hz which reduces to 3

3. Mi = 528Hz which reduces to 6

4. Fa = 639Hz which reduces to 9

5. Sol = 741Hz which reduces to 3

6. La = 852Hz which reduces to 6

They also state that Mi is for "Miracles" or 528Hz - is the exact frequency used by genetic engineers throughout the world to repair DNA.

Another interesting tidbit that the authors included as a musical scale with words, from the work of John Keely; where Keely related the hues (not pigment colors) of light related to musical notes. On the "G-Clef" with "C" being the first line below the staff and continuing up the scale and up the staff:

C = Red = Tonic

D = Orange = Super Tonic

E = Yellow = Mediant

F = Green = Sub Dominant

G = Blue = Dominant

A = Indigo = Super Dominant, Sub Mediant

B = Violet = Leading Tone, Sub Tonic

C = Red = Octave

The basic Solfeggio frequencies totaled six (6). Horowitz continued his search through the years andextended it to 9 frequencies. 'Most everyone is familiar with the Star of David which uses two triangles (inverted to each other) inscribed within a circle. If one uses the same approach for three trianglesoverlapping (no inversions) and space them approximately 40 degrees apart around a circle, some amazing relationships appear. Orient the circle with one triangle apex at North or zero degrees. Label that 396. At the next clockwise point label 417, the next 528, the next 639, the next 741 and the last 852. You now have the basic six Solfeggio frequencies.

The numbers we have so far added to our circle of numbers have a pattern to them: Any number connected by a line, for example 396 and 639, if you take the smaller number and move the last digit to the first position, you have created the line-linked number. [move the 6 of 396 to the front and you have 639] Likewise 417 by moving the 7 creates 741, both numbers are line linked. And 528 by moving the 8 creates 852 both numbers line linked.

As created so far, we have 3 missing numbers, but they can easily be created by applying this moving of digits positions. Take the triangle that has 396 and 639. If we take the 9 and move it to the first position we have 963, which is one of the extended Solfeggio frequencies! Thusly we can now continue the circle one more position by adding 963. Applying this same logic to the 417 and 741 triangle to fill in the missing number we move the 1 to the first position to develop 174 which is another extended Solfeggio number. Continuing clockwise add 174 to the number sequence. And the 528 and 852 triangle if we move the 2 to the first position we have 285, the final missing extended Solfeggio number. So elegantly simple.

Take a piece of paper and lightly grid it off for a large "tic-tac-toe" game. Across the top place the smallest number in the upper left corner; continue horizontally with the line-linked (triangle) numbers 417, 741. In the middle line, left position place the second in clockwise numbering (285), continue horizontally with its line-linked numbers 528, 852. The last horizontal line starts 396 and continues 639, 963. Now for some surprises. Compute the difference between all the vertical row numbers; they are all 111. Compute the differences between the horizontal row numbers; left row and center row all = 243 and center row to right row differences are all 324. And here we go again with the move the last digit to the first position move the 3 of 243 to the front and we have 324.

dif: 111 dif: 111 dif: 111

285 <- dif: 243 -> 528 <- dif: 324 -> 852

The end result of all this or summation is the simple fact that you need to remember only two numbers: 174 and 111, and remember the principle of 3 overlapping triangles so that their points are about 40 degrees apart creating nine points around a circle and moving the last digit to the first position.

Harmonic Sums

Once the diagram is set, and 174 is placed in any starting position, move the last digit to the first position creating 417 which is the next number (clockwise) in the triangle, then move 7 to the first position creating 741 which is the last number in the triangle. This connects 174, 417 and 741. The next step is to add111 to 174 which gives 285; this becomes the next clockwise number from 174. Now move the last digit to the first position creating 528 of this triangle and so on to complete the total 9 frequencies and their relative positions. Logical, sequential and amazingly simple!

One does not need to be a number genius, nor a math PhD to recognize that there must be something special to this numbering sequence of the extended Solfeggio numbers. Horowitz places 528 in the center of the circle with the words "LOVE" and "THANKS." I am not thoroughly conversant with the application of these numbers. Horowitz and Puleo state that these numbers are the key to creation and destruction. On other sites, it is implied that one should apply the real frequencies to the corresponding points on the circle we constructed, I assume a metallic plate. With the equipment that most people have available, only one frequency at a time can be generated. Thusly, 9 different frequencies at their appropriate points for equal amounts of time. I personally wonder what would happen if one would apply 9 frequency generators to their respective points all operating simultaneously.

Gaia's Earthquake Newsletter (Pepper Lewis)

"The earth's body is a multi-layered, multi-dimensional vessel. The earth's crust consists of layers of energy that look and feel solid because of the density of the energy, but they are not. Your own body also appears quite solid and is not. Land mass seems as if it is separated into continents, countries and other arbitrary boundaries. It would be more accurate to think in terms of small islands of varying size and shape that are adjacent to each other rather than joined together. This is not meant to make you feel less safe, but to give you a deeper understanding of how your home is arranged.

Unseen bands of energy travel above and below the surface of the earth, guided by intelligent forces of nature. My body is not so different from yours. Beneath your skin layers of muscle and bone expand and contract, build and rebuild, performing several functions at once. What guides your body to develop as it does? Who or what instructs it to regenerate, rejuvenate or repair its health?

Those who study earthquakes would do well to set aside historical data in favor of a progressional study that takes into account how fault lines transfer energy from one zone to another, making areas more or less active. Some of the instruments already in use can be adapted to serve other purposes. Current technology does not yet allow for accurate prediction of earthquakes, but "trend research" is already sophisticated enough to be reliable. Just as satellites observe the formation of hurricanes, other probes placed at strategic points below the surface of the earth could do the same.

2010 will have more earthquakes than usual and some of these will be in places previously considered less likely in this regard. More of these can be expected near coastlines and at depths that are nearer the surface. Areas nearer the equator are also at greater risk. Gases escaping from undersea volcanoes, crevices and gaps are redirecting the flow of energy and creating new patterns. It is the earth's job to do this, do you see? One of the earth's most important functions is to create and preserve life, even when what you see on the surface looks entirely different.

Live compassionately and assess each day on it's own merit. Whenever possible begin and end each day with a note of acknowledgment for having lived well, rather than a sigh of relief for having survived only to repeat the same tasks tomorrow. Do not use your last thought, your last breath or your last bit of kindness. Reserve a little each day so that in unexpected moments you will have care, consideration and empathy for those who need it most."

1. Each morning upon rising, and each evening before sleeping, give thanks for the life within you and for all life, for the good things the Creator has given you and for the opportunity to grow a little more each day. Consider your thoughts and actions of the past day and seek for the courage and strength to be a better person. Seek for the things that will benefit others (everyone).

2. Respect: Respect means "To feel or show honor or esteem for someone or something; to consider the well being of, or to treat someone or something with deference or courtesy". Showing respect is a basic law of life.

a) Treat every person from the tiniest child to the oldest elder with respect at all times.

b) Special respect should be given to Elders, Parents, Teachers, and Community Leaders.

c) No person should be made to feel "put down" by you; avoid hurting other hearts as you would avoid a deadly poison.

d) Touch nothing that belongs to someone else (especially Sacred Objects) without permission, or an understanding between you.

e) Respect the privacy of every person, never intrude on a person's quiet moment or personal space.

f) Never walk between people that are conversing.

g) Never interrupt people who are conversing.

h) Speak in a soft voice, especially when you are in the presence of Elders, strangers or others to whom special respect is due.

i) Do not speak unless invited to do so at gatherings where Elders are present (except to ask what is expected of you, should you be in doubt).

j) Never speak about others in a negative way, whether they are present or not.

k) Treat the earth and all of her aspects as your mother. Show deep respect for the mineral world, the plant world, and the animal world. Do nothing to pollute our Mother, rise up with wisdom to defend her.

l) Show deep respect for the beliefs and religion of others.

m) Listen with courtesy to what others say, even if you feel that what they are saying is worthless. Listen with your heart.

n) Respect the wisdom of the people in council. Once you give an idea to a council meeting it no longer belongs to you. It belongs to the people. Respect demands that you listen intently to the ideas of others in council and that you do not insist that your idea prevail. Indeed you should freely support the ideas of others if they are true and good, even if those ideas are quite different from the ones you have contributed. The clash of ideas brings forth the Spark of Truth.

3. Once a council has decided something in unity, respect demands that no one speak secretly against what has been decided. If the council has made an error, that error will become apparent to everyone in its own time.

4. Be truthful at all times, and under all conditions.

5. Always treat your guests with honor and consideration. Give of your best food, your best blankets, the best part of your house, and your best service to your guests.

6. The hurt of one is the hurt of all, the honor of one is the honor of all.

7. Receive strangers and outsiders with a loving heart and as members of the human family.

8. All the races and tribes in the world are like the different colored flowers of one meadow. All are beautiful. As children of the Creator they must all be respected.

9. To serve others, to be of some use to family, community, nation, and the world is one of the main purposes for which human beings have been created. Do not fill yourself with your own affairs and forget your most important talks. True happiness comes only to those who dedicate their lives to the service of others.

10. Observe moderation and balance in all things.

11. Know those things that lead to your well-being, and those things that lead to your destruction.

12. Listen to and follow the guidance given to your heart. Expect guidance to come in many forms; in prayer, in dreams, in times of quiet solitude, and in the words and deeds of wise Elders and friends.

Meditation card for today: "Dropping Knowledge".

Yesterday I was conducting a Study Group about Reality. Amongst students, one kept thinking the answers. He was caught between what he thought he should be, and what he really was. He made me think about this Card, so I thought about sharing it with you for today's meditation.

Truth is your own experience, your own vision. Even if I have seen the truth and I tell you, the moment I tell you it will become a lie for you, not a truth. For me it was truth, for me it came through the eyes. It was my vision. For you, it will not be your vision, it will be a borrowed thing. It will be a belief, it will be knowledge--not knowing. And if you start believing in it, you will be believing a lie.

Now remember it. Even a truth becomes a lie if it enters your being through the wrong door. The truth has to enter through the front door, through the eyes. Truth is a vision. One has to see it.

Naropa was a great scholar, a great pundit, with ten thousand disciples of his own. One day he was sitting surrounded by thousands of scriptures--ancient, very ancient, rare. Suddenly he fell asleep, must have been tired, and he saw a vision.

He saw a very, very old, ugly, horrible woman--a hag. Her ugliness was such that he started trembling in his sleep. It was so nauseating he wanted to escape--but where to escape, where to go?

He was caught, as if hypnotized by the old hag. Her eyes were like magnets.

"What are you studying?" asked the old woman.

He said, "Philosophy, religion, epistemology, language, grammar, logic."

The old woman asked again, "Do you understand them?"

Naropa said, "Of course... Yes, I understand them."

The woman asked again, "Do you understand the word, or the sense?"

Thousands of questions had been asked to Naropa in his life--thousands of students always asking, inquiring--but nobody had asked this: whether he understands the word, or the sense. And the woman's eyes were so penetrating--those eyes were going to the very depth of his being, and it was impossible to lie. To anybody else he would have said, "Of course I under-stand the sense," but to this woman, this horrible-looking woman, he had to say the truth. He said, "I understand the words."

The woman was very happy. She started dancing and laughing, and her ugliness was transformed; a subtle beauty started coming out of her being. Thinking, "I have made her so happy. Why not make her a little more happy?" Naropa then said, "And yes, I understand the sense also."

The woman stopped laughing, stopped dancing. She started crying and weeping and all her ugliness was back--a thousandfold more. Naropa said, "Why are you weeping and crying? And why were you laughing and dancing before?"

The woman said, "I was happy because a great scholar like you didn't lie. But now I am crying and weeping because you have lied to me. I know--and you know--that you don't understand the sense."

The vision disappeared and Naropa was transformed. He escaped from the university, he never again touched a scripture in his life. He became completely ignorant, he understood--the woman was nobody outside, it was just a projection. It was Naropa's own being, through knowledge, that had became ugly. Just this much understanding, that "I don't understand the sense," and the ugliness was transformed immediately into a beautiful phenomenon.

This vision of Naropa is very significant. Unless you feel that knowledge is useless you will never be in search of wisdom. You will carry the false coin thinking that this is the real treasure. You have to become aware that knowledge is a false coin--it is not knowing, it is not understanding. At the most it is intellectual--the word has been understood but the sense lost.

Insanity is nothing but all your suppressions coming to a point where you cannot control them anymore. Meditation is the only way to make you absolutely sane.

Sometimes, we give up all our powers and visions in return for being accepted by the very same forces that imprison us. It is essential to find a way to release whatever tensions and stresses might be building up inside us: Excercise, screaming out in the open or even jumping up and down can do. Anything that shakes us up and helps our energy to circulate freely. Then, sit quietly and meditate.

Meditation card for today: The Foolish Heart

The crazy wisdom of Francis of Assisi

The heart has its own reasons, which the mind cannot understand. The heart has its own dimension of being, which is completely dark for the mind. The heart is higher and deeper than the mind, beyond the reach of it. It looks foolish. Love always looks foolish because love is not utilitarian. Mind is utilitarian. It uses everything for something else-- that is the meaning of being utilitarian. Mind is purposive, end-oriented; it turns everything into a means--and love cannot be turned into a means, that is the problem. Love in itself is the goal.

Fools always have a subtle wisdom in them, and the wise always act like fools. In the old days all great emperors always had one fool in their court. They had many wise men, counselors, ministers and prime ministers, but always one fool.

Why?--because there are things so-called wise men will not be able to understand, that only a foolish man can understand--because the so-called wise are so foolish that their cunningness and cleverness closes their minds. A fool is simple, and was needed because many times the so-called wise would not say something because they were afraid of the emperor. A fool is not afraid of anybody else, he will speak whatsoever the consequences.

This is how fools act--simply, without thinking what the result will be. A clever man always thinks first of the result, then he acts. Thought comes first, then action. A foolish man acts; thought never comes first.

Whenever someone realizes the ultimate, he is not like your wise men. He cannot be. He may be like your fools, but he cannot be like your wise men.

When Saint Francis became enlightened he used to call himself "God's fool." The pope was a wise man, and when Saint Francis went to see him even the pope thought this man had gone mad. He was intelligent, calculating, clever; otherwise how could he be a pope? To become a pope one has to pass through much politics. To become a pope diplomacy is needed, a competitive aggression is needed to put others aside, to use others as ladders and then throw them.

It is politics... because a pope is a political head. Religion is secondary, or nothing at all. How can a religious man fight and be aggressive for a post? They are only politicians.

Saint Francis came to see the pope, and the pope thought this man was a fool. But trees and birds and fishes thought in a different way. When Saint Francis went to the river the fishes would jump in celebration that Francis had come. Thousands witnessed this phenomenon--millions of fishes would jump simultaneously; the whole river would be lost in jumping fishes. Saint Francis had come and the fishes were happy. And wherever he would go birds would follow; they would come and sit on his leg, on his body, in his lap. They understood this fool better than the pope. Even trees that had become dry and were going to die would become green and blossom again if Saint Francis came near. These trees understood well that this fool was no ordinary fool--he was God's fool.

Turning In (Osho)

Turning inwards is not a turning at all. Going inwards is not a going at all. Turning inwards simply means that you have been running after this desire and that, and you have been running and running and you have been coming again and again to frustration.That each desire brings misery, that there is no fulfillment through desire. That you never reach anywhere, that contentment is impossible. Seeing this truth, that running after desires takes you nowhere, you stop. Not that you make any effort to stop. If you make any effort to stop it is again running, in a subtle way. You are still desiring--maybe now it is desirelessness that you desire. If you are making an effort to go in, you are still going out. Any effort can only take you out, outwards. All journeys are outward journeys, there is no inward journey. How can you journey inwards? You are already there, there is no point in going. When going stops, journeying disappears; when desiring is no more clouding your mind, you are in. This is called turning in. But it is not a turning at all, it is simply not going out.

The woman in this image has a faint smile on her face. In fact she is just watching the antics of the mind--not judging, not trying to stop them, not identified, just watching as if they were traffic on the road, or ripples on the surface of a pond. And the antics of the mind are slightly amusing, as it jumps up and down and twists this way and that, trying to get your attention and seduce you into the game. To develop the knack of taking a distance from the mind is one of the greatest blessings. It is what meditation is all about really--not chanting a mantra, or repeating an affirmation, but just watching, as if the mind belongs to somebody else. You are ready to take this distance now, and to watch the show without getting caught up in the drama. Indulge yourself in the simple freedom of Turning In whenever you can, and the knack of meditation will grow and deepen in you".

The Day after the Great Shift (Kahu Fred Sterling/Kirael)

KIRAEL: The Great Shift in Consciousness is about entering a new world, a new dimension. To enter this new world, or dimension, you must work with that beautiful brain inside your head by practicing meditation and balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain so that your love is heightened. Alchemy, the art of bringing more light into your physical body, other forms of healing, and the Ten Principles of Consciously Creating are in your reality now, because you will need them to get into this new shifting energy.

Lightworkers will be the lead force of the shift into the new dimension. Do whatever is necessary to prepare for the Great Shift in Consciousness. Your preparation will make this Shift happen. If you’re not prepared to shift into the fourth light, you will get shifted out of here instead. Now what does that mean? Well, roughly six billion people are on this planet and not all of them will make it through the Shift. Those who are not prepared to go through the Shift will go home to the Creator or to other planet systems.

Most who go through the Shift will experience “three days of darkness,” a time when you will be asleep and the Earth will move through the photon belt. You ask, “Why must I go through ‘three days of darkness’ and what will happen to me during that time?” Going through those “three days of darkness” will be the easiest way to get into the fourth light. During that time, while you are asleep, you will receive more light into your body. When you awaken, you will discover that you’re so light that when you jump into the air, it will take about fifteen seconds to come down. You will be thrilled, because you will feel the comforts and the joys of being in a new dimensional process.

You will want to tell people about the Shift and the changes you experience, but some of the people around you will be confused. They won’t know what you’re talking about. They won’t know about the Shift or even that they’ve been through the “three days of darkness.” These people will be wide awake during those three days and they will experience the Earth changes and watch the buildings rocking and rolling. They will be frightened and reluctant to go through the portals after the Earth changes stop.

However, if you’re aware of the Shift, you will sleep through those three days in order to receive your light particles, and upon waking, you will see the Earth calmed and stilled. You will see the trees refocus their energies and all the grasses grow into another level of consciousness.

No guarantee exists that any of you will get through this Great Shift, primarily because this is a new project for the Creator. It is the first Shift to happen while people are still on the planet. Even those of you who were in Lemurian consciousness did not experience the Shift in this way. You had to go through this third-dimensional journey and work your way into the Lemurian fifth level of consciousness. When you did, you woke up into another focus and started all over again.

I’ve come here to this Earth plane as a guardian of this Great Shift in Consciousness from the seventh light, a grand transitional dimension. I and all the masters bearing down on this planet now are here to assist in this Shift. So embrace the journey. Do the “five or fifty” to prepare for this momentous occasion.

Inside and Outside Portal Workers

Q: Will we actually see the portals that take us to the fourth dimension with our third-dimensional eyes or will we experience the Shift in spirit?

KIRAEL: This Shift won’t happen in spirit. You will see it, feel it, taste it and smell it. You will be part of it. Your sixth sense will be operational as you come out of those “three days of darkness.” So, yes, you will be aware of the Shift, you will see the portals that take you to the fourth light, and you’ll know what your jobs are. You’ll know what you’re doing from the word go.

You will be either inside or outside portal workers. Outside portal workers will go into the big cities, such as New York, Honolulu, Chicago, and Denver, to dig people out of the rubble. A lot, although not a massive amount, of rubble will be strewn about. The people in the rubble will have gone through the “three days of darkness” while awake. They will not have received all their light particles and they will need help making the transition to the fourth light.

The teachers, scientists, philosophers, etc., will be inside portal workers. Inside portal workers will have knowledge they never had before. You might be an inside portal worker who has no knowledge of philosophy; yet, after the “three days of darkness,” you will find yourself in the philosophy department speaking about that subject with some authority. We will have gone back into your other lifetimes and brought the information forward for you.

Changed Consciousness in the Great Shift

Q: Would you comment on the consciousness of the Great Shift?

KIRAEL: As you enter into this Shift, you will be conscious of the shifting consciousness. You will look out a window and see some trees, and recognize that they’re beautiful extraterrestrial energies. The trees have already begun their shift and new trees are coming up through this journey in the Now. The new consciousness is about you being able to see that those trees are present now. Most people see a green mass of leaves on a tree trunk, but if you look at them closely, you’ll see individual trees that you’ve never seen before. You will be aware that your consciousness is heightened. You’re a conscious creator of the Great Shift in Consciousness.

Q: How do we prepare for this change in consciousness?

KIRAEL: Meditate to help shift your paradigm into the new dimensional journey and to get answers to your questions. The Shift will happen in every part of life on this planet. If you remain in the time and space and consciousness of the Milky Way Galaxy and your Earth plane, you will not be able to see the new dimension. You will not have a new moon or a new sun or anything else, unless you’ve gone backwards, in which case, you’ll see a planet that has two moons, not a good sign. You will be stuck in a time and space that is not evolving.

If you meditate, however, you will gain what you need to go forward and you’ll see the fourth light. Your senses will be heightened. You will smell things you’ve never smelled before, taste things you’ve never tasted before, feel things you’ve never felt before and see things you’ve never seen before. Your eyes will be so strong that you will be able to look directly into the sun without sunglasses or any other protection. You will see the sun’s rays, sun spots, and flares with your naked eyes.

You Are Needed Here

Q: I feel a push and pull in my energy, a longing to go home to the Creator, yet a need to be here to do my work. Is it time to go home or is it time to start work?

KIRAEL: That push and pull you feel is from your angel forces. Plenty of angels are here ready to assist your journey on the Earth plane. The angel world is a force that surrounds you now.

What I heard you say is that you want to go home and do the Shift on the other side of the veil. Others have left this Earth plane in order to preface or begin this journey of the Great Shift in Consciousness. If you go home to the Creator, you’ll probably come back to be a part of this journey anyway, whether as part of the angel force, the Elven force, the galactic force, etc. These forces are already committed to come onto the Earth plane for this Shift.

Staying here for this Shift may not sound like the easiest journey, but if you can get through those “three days of darkness,” you will see, feel, taste and smell the real glory of the Shift. You will like what you see when you awaken. You will look at your body and notice that your fingers are longer, your body is stronger and your clothes don’t fit or don’t seem right. You will look up and see a wavering energy pattern before you. It will suddenly take form. It might be a nine-foot Elven. You will say, “Oh, my God, I must be on drugs.” You won’t be on drugs. You will actually see the Elven. They will have time-traveled to be part of this journey.

If you can, fight off your need to leave this plane of consciousness to start your shift. You can stay here and get your new splinters and keep operating. So, let go of that feeling that you want to go home. You are needed here to be part of the Shift. People will die every day of the week from disease or accidents, etc. You don’t have to be one of them.

Venus Will Come Back

Q: After the Earth passes through the photon belt, will the planets be in the same places? Will the science of physics be the same? How will we gain the knowledge we need to do our work as inside and outside portal workers?

KIRAEL: At one time, Venus was a beautiful planet for female Goddess Lights only. Post-Shift, Venus will come back into life form again, so it will have to be moved a little. This is set to happen. You don’t have to do anything about it. Goddess Lights will go to Venus and unhook the matrix from that journey. Another matrix hook is located on the moon and they will go there as well to clean it up. The moon has been badly soiled. With respect to what you see as physics, without going into any detail, physics will change and become 100,000 times greater than it is now.

As far as your readiness to do the portal work, you will have three days to get ready for these changes and you will have help from the unseen forces and the galactic world. Light and information will be downloaded into you during that time. You will have so much knowledge that you will feel it as you come out of those “three days of darkness.” You will be smarter, lighter, and able to float and do many other miraculous things.

Various Roles During the Shift

Q: I feel out of place here on this dimension. What is causing this feeling?

KIRAEL: Your reality is more suited to the post-Shift energy. Your physical body is already changing and you can see the changes if you look at your body now. When you asked your question, your speech was difficult to understand, because you had too much power coming through the telephone. You are a galactic presence. By that, I don’t mean that you’re a being from another planet. I mean that you don’t belong here on this Earth plane until the post-Shift.

You’re already stretching your body and your mind and bringing your focus into this light, trying to get clear on what’s happening. You are a scientist in your Earth life, and you’re a scientific officer from another galactic energy outside the Earth plane. You have come here to do this journey using your predisposed scientific energies, but the world is not ready for you yet. In this Great Shift, you will be one of the more focused energies. That is, you will have already solidly brought your Shift energies into alignment in this journey. You’re already there. Just be aware of it.

Q: As guardian for this Great Shift, are you planting the seeds to create a positive experience during the shifting process?

KIRAEL: As a guardian for this Great Shift in Consciousness, I am doing my best to bring you as much information as possible to help you heal and release fear in preparation for this Shift. In that way, you can say that I am sowing seeds to create a positive experience of the Shift. I’m not the only guardian, as you well know. Many have been on this planet before me and many will be here after my energies are gone.

Q: Is the Creator just a collection of thoughts and is the Shift a thought pattern?

KIRAEL: With respect to the Creator, it is more than a collection of thoughts. What you call the Creator is pure consciousness, a form of consciousness not easily described in your language. Likewise, the Shift in Consciousness is more than a mere thought pattern. It is a consciousness that will enable you to understand not only that you have a four-bodied system—spiritual, mental, emotional and physical—but also how to work with all of those bodies.

Work on Your Truth

Q: How important is truth in this journey?

KIRAEL: Truth is the foundation of this Great Shift. As a truth Goddess, your job is to work with people who don’t know what truth is. That means you must work on your truth. The truth Goddess’ journey is tough, because you must learn and know truth in order to deal with people who do not know truth. If you don’t know truth, you will get lost in the energies of those who do not know truth. As a truth Goddess Light, you must be aware of those who lie to you and then come up with new verbiage when referring to them. You will not call them liars. Most people who lie don’t even know they’re lying. As a truth Goddess, you can’t tell them they’re lying, because that’s what they have to get through as part of their journey. So, don’t judge them and don’t call them liars. Those who do not know truth are in service to you. They offer you the opportunity to recognize truth and untruth and to respond in love, no matter what.

More and more people are showing their lies, their untruths, which are coming to a new focus, melding around them. If you’re in truth, then you must be in love, and if you’re in love, then truth matters for you soul-y/solely. Within this soul/sole truth is everything that you’ve ever wanted to experience. So, don’t pick on the people who are working through their truth. They want to get through this journey just as you do.

If you believe someone is telling you an untruth, then you haven’t learned enough about truth. You see, everything you hear, everything that is spoken, will have an element of truth. If someone says to you, “You’re a green person,” and there’s nothing green about you, they may be seeing something that they cannot understand. So, don’t get caught up in the fact that you’re not green. Don’t judge what they see. Just hear it and go on from it. You must know how to get into your own truth every time. If you get to the point where you love everything about everybody you come across, you will have fully embraced being a truth Goddess. You will know truth and you will recognize that everybody and everything is your teacher. As a truth Goddess, your truth is the most important truth of all the truths, and even you must come to learn that truth.

Rereading the Blueprint to Your Signature Cell

Q: After the Shift, will we have a new blueprint in our signature cell?

KIRAEL: The signature cell, which is deep inside your pineal gland, doesn’t have to change. Instead, it has to reread your blueprint. Everybody on this plane of consciousness, whether going through the Shift or not, has two blueprints actively working within the body. You all came into this plane of consciousness with a fourth-dimensional blueprint available in the Now. That blueprint is woven into your omni brain, which is now tied into the local brain. You have weaves of energy going through your brain and into the space where your higher self is waiting for you. This weave of your blueprint is solidly projected into the new paradigm. Being aware of and understanding this blueprint is powerful.

Suppose you have a friend who is not vibrating to the same space and time as you, and you think to yourself, “There’s something wrong with this person.” Well, with that thought, you have immediately gone back into your own third-dimensional local brain, in which case, you will tell yourself that you’re seeing things that you don’t know how to deal with. In the present, you might think he’s a little crazy, but you will understand him in time.

If you want to suggest that you have a better way of doing things, suggest it to yourself first. You will understand that it’s about your journey, not the other person’s. Before you tell anyone how you can do something better, understand why that person is doing what he’s doing. Maybe it’s because someone asked him to do it and he’s allowing the person who suggested it to have that journey. Many things are happening around you that you don’t understand. Relax and know that everything’s absolutely perfect.

Life after the Shift

Q: Will I be an inside portal worker with my children, who are also inside portal workers, and when we wake up on the inside, what kind of food will we have? Will I have to cook it? How will my body look? What sort of clothing will I have?

KIRAEL: You will be an outside portal worker. You have family members and friends whom you will want to get through the portals and into the new light, but they won’t cooperate. As an outside portal worker, you will help them in the beginning stages of the Shift. You’ll go inside the portals quite often to bring people through into the fourth light, and you’ll be able to check with your children then.

As for your food, you will have to cook, because you will be at level one of the fourth-dimensional process.[1] What you cook will not be what you normally cook over here. You’ll be cooking things that you never thought could be so good or edible. The food will be tasty and you will eat it slowly. The meal will fit inside the palm of your hand. Your mouth will water because your sixth sense will be profound. You will feel the food go into your mouth and your senses will be alerted as it slowly goes down your esophagus and into your stomach.

Your new bodies will start to come into being from the first day forward after the “three days of darkness.” Yet, don’t be shocked when you wake up on the first day and it appears as if nothing has changed in your body. Within just a short period of time, your body will show signs of change. Your arms, legs and neck will get longer. Your trunk will be the last thing to get longer. You won’t have your hair for any length of time.

As for your clothing, you will have one outfit and when you remove it at night, it will cleanse itself automatically. The material that this clothing will be made of will be foreign to you, but very durable and useful. You will want to take a shower every day.

Balancing the Environment

Q: Will those of us who will be sleeping during the “three days of darkness” feel the changes to our bodies? If we send love and healing to Mother Earth, will that help her ease her shift? Is there anything we can use to balance our environment?

KIRAEL: Just a few of you, not many, will feel it when you shift your body process during the “three days of darkness.” Others of you will be asleep and will not feel it. Most of those who are not lightworkers or who haven’t awakened to this journey will have body processes that change post-Shift.

As far as Mother Earth is concerned, the medium will put some things into Signature Cell Healing that will help you heal the animals and the Earth plane. You must pray for Mother Earth. If she doesn’t make it, you will have nothing to work with over here.

As far as balancing your environment, you will need a powerful twelve-sided dodecahedron stone in every room of your home.

The Tasks of Outside Portal Workers

Q: I am to be an outside portal worker. Would you share some information about outside portal workers? Will they have any contact with inside portal workers? What will they be doing outside the portal? How will they relate when they return to the third dimension post-Shift? What will they wear and will they have weapons? What kind of work will the outside portal workers do?

KIRAEL: As an outside portal worker, you will have nothing to do with the inside portal work. When you do go inside, you’ll do so as a vacation from the outside portal work. When you return to the outside, to the third dimension, you’ll change to another level of consciousness. Remember, seven levels of consciousness exist for everything here, so your journey will be about what is happening in the Now. You will shift levels of consciousness as needed and you will have to explain more precisely and emphatically to the people about Signature Cell Healing.

You won’t wear the clothes that inside portal workers wear. Your clothing will have a protective quality about it and will not look like your third-dimensional clothing. You will be dressed in an outfit that will look strange and the people you need to bring through the portals will not want to wear the clothes you’re wearing.

You’ll wear certain weapons that you can’t really understand right now, but you’ll understand them when you get to the Shift. Some of the things you will do are not as safe and secure as I’d like them to be, but I don’t want to talk about that, because some of you will become afraid of this journey.

The outside portal workers will get people who are outside of the portals in the third dimension through the portals into the fourth dimension. When you go outside the portals to the third dimension and dig people out of the rubble, you might run into a great scientist whom you know you must get into the new dimension, but who isn’t willing to go. You will have to figure out some way to get this scientist into this new journey, because he or she will be an important part of the shifting process.

A good percentage of the teachers will be outside the portals, because they won’t know about the Great Shift. They will understand on a simple level what a shift in consciousness means, but they will not be able to make it work in their heads for a while. You will have to sit with them for three or four days and explain this shifting process to them. When they understand what you are saying, you will then escort them through the portals to the inside, where they will continue their journey.

New Perspectives on Guides and Aspects

Q: In the fourth dimension, will I more readily see and hear my guidance teams?

KIRAEL: Yes, you will have more energies to deal with when you get through this shifting process. They will be there with you and you will be able to see them and hear them clearly. You won’t have to channel them because they’ll channel their own energies, but you’ll open up to other energies.

If you’re a channel and you want to be a medium, you are guaranteed to be a medium in this new shifting process—but you will be a medium when you are ready to be a medium. You’re a channel now. That’s perfect, because you’re channeling whom you will meet and greet and interact with in the new dimension. When you get into the fourth light, the channeling will be more fruitful as far as what energies you’ll bring through. You’ll have to calmly sit down and bring the energy or energies through. They’ll come through from the fifth, sixth and seventh lights simultaneously, and you must know what you will do when you bring them through.

Q: What will happen to our aspects during the Shift?

KIRAEL: The average person going through the Shift already has two aspects, either on the Earth plane or in another realm, or both. Let’s say you have two aspects, one in Africa and one in China. When the Shift happens, your aspects will download their energies into your physical body. You will acquire their wisdom and knowledge. You’ll be asleep when this happens; otherwise, it would be too powerful for you. These aspects will start giving you energies while you’re still in this third-dimensional body process, but the bulk of it will be downloaded during the “three days of darkness.” You must be able to accommodate this energy. These aspects are downloading information because they have so much and you’re already behind schedule for the Shift. They need to get the information out of them, because they have too much to contain it all. It’s close enough to the time of the Shift that you should be aware that your aspects are downloading information to you.

Q: Are the children of our aspects our aspects, too?

KIRAEL: The children of your aspects will get their own journey, but they will also be aspects of you. Let’s say you have an African Queen as an aspect and her journey is to make kids, no grandchildren, just children. If this African Queen has 12 kids, each one will be an aspect of you. They won’t be full-blown aspects, but they will journey and may or may not bring information back to you. I could do a whole hour on this topic. If you find someone whom you love and you have a couple of kids, those kids are your aspects, but they won’t know it.

Healing after the Shift

Q: After the Shift, what will the role of Signature Cell Healing be? How will doctors use their training after the Shift?

KIRAEL: Signature Cell Healing, which is about the four bodies, will be one of the major focuses for the healing world post-Shift. Those who learn Signature Cell Healing will be called doctors of Signature Cell Healing, and they will be as respected as your medical doctors are now. After the Shift, doctors will have a new journey, one they should be aware of in the Now. They will have to learn the alternative forms of healing and somehow incorporate them into their practices. All forms of alternative medicine will have a role in the shifting process.

In Signature Cell Healing, the medium is teaching how the four bodies relate to each other, and in Levels I and II, he is teaching you how to get through the three days after the Shift. A lot of people will be hurt upon waking from the “three days of darkness,” not so much physically, but their minds will be in fear and they’ll have to be healed. You can’t be afraid of this journey. Many people will be seriously emotionally hurt. Love is the focus of Signature Cell Healing and you will have to take them through the healing journey with love.

Signature Cell healers will go into the fourth dimension and work with the four bodies. You will be able to see those four bodies and remove the fear from people. Everything in this third dimension has an opposite. If you have a good day today, you expect to have a bad day tomorrow. With Signature Cell Healing, you can get through this journey without fear, having a good day today, tomorrow, and every day. That’s what your life will be like when you move into the fourth dimension, because you won’t have this yin/yang process. Start now. You don’t have to buy into the yin/yang process in the Now. You don’t have to expect a bad day tomorrow because you had a good day today. You can have a good day every day.

Aid Stations to Assist in Healing

Q: Will there be temples of peace and healing that will be set up by the outside portal workers, where people can come to feel, experience, and accept the light?

KIRAEL: You’re talking about aid stations. One of me medium’s jobs is to set up these aid stations outside the portals. So many humans won’t have the slightest idea that a Shift has happened. The aid stations will help them focus on themselves and the shifting energies. You must be so aware of the four bodies that you can see your spirit, feel your emotions, hear your omni brain and feel your physical body as they raise their vibration to align with the journey. You will accomplish this in these aid stations, after which you’ll walk right through the portals into the fourth dimension. The aid stations will be there for you and you alone, to get your body process healed. If you can feel yourself through the body, down through the mental, into the emotional, and then the spiritual, if you can feel all of these bodies connected, then you will ease into this Shift. You will look in the mirror and see yourself through your spirit.

Q: What will the sexual energy exchange be like after the Shift?

KIRAEL: Sex is an important part of your life in the third dimension, but it will not be quite so important in the fourth dimension. The ladies know what I’m saying. You will have sexual encounters of the fourth light. The sexual journey will be focused on what you feel. If you were to make love in the fourth dimension, you would make love to all four bodies simultaneously and you’d know it and feel it simultaneously. It will be the orgasm of life. In the Kama Sutra, you can hold your hand up and not touch the other person, and still feel the sexual energy. It’ll be like that after the Shift.

Closing Statement

Many different journeys will be available to you after the Shift, but fear won’t be one of them. I have no room at all for fear in my journey. It is time for you to take fear out of your journey. Start now. I’ll be standing on the side of the light and that’s where you should be. Walk toward all things light and I’ll be there. You’ll see.
